We’ll ask a few questions about you. Your answers will help us make sure you get invited to research that’s relevant to you.
Step 2
You'll receive invites via email. We'll tell you all the details about the upcoming research study, so you can decide if you'd like to participate.
What does it mean to participate in research?
During the research you might be asked to talk to the researcher, either in an online call or in person (when it's safe).
You also might be asked to share your screen to show us how you use Digistore products or test a prototype for a new feature.

How my personal information will be used?
Any information you provide in the sign up survey or during the studies will be used only internally by our product teams and won't be shared outside Digistore.
How often will I receive invitations to participate in research studies?
We respect your time and will not be bothering you too often. You will be invited only to the research studies that are relevant to you.
Can I leave the Digistore research group?
We'll miss you, but yes, you can always say no to an invite and you can unsubscribe at any time.
What will I receive for taking part?
We may send you a thank you gift or swag. The thank you gift varies for different studies, details about that will be included to the email invitation.
